The standard warranty of the products offered by PÁDEL IBÉRICO is the official manufacturer warranty for products. The usual way of working in this case is to send photos that show the flaws of the product to admin@padeliberico.com or via whatsapp to the phone number 634590314, and it will be determined whether the flaw should be analyzed by the manufacturer or not.

The product must be sent by the purchaser assuming the costs. The warranty process takes from 2 to 4 weeks from the time the item arrives to our facilities, always depending on the time the manufacturer needs.

The warranty period begins on the day of receipt of the order.

* Customers with guarantees outside of Spain, will be responsible for the shipping costs both to send it and to collect it in the event that it is accepted or denied.
