RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

1.- What can be returned?

1.1.- Any customer can return defective products or products that have arrived in poor condition, without having been released. In this case Pádel Ibérico will bear all expenses, and will replace the product in optimal conditions. The term to make any return is 60 calendar days and in those 60 days the customer may request a refund or exchange for another item of equal import or higher paying the difference.

1.2.- Products will not be returned without the original seals (ex: seal on the shovel handle), with or without use, nor products with signs of use.

1.3.- In case you want to make a return in Pádel Ibérico, contact your seller's phone number. You can also contact WhatsApp 634590314.

1.4.- To return an item, the customer must ship it at their own expense to our address. Once it arrives, we will pay you the amount of the product or order, subtracting the shipping costs, which amount to €7.95.

2.- Rejected packages

If a customer rejects a package, because they do not want it and wants the money back, round trip charges will be applied, that is, €7.95 + €7.95.

North American Returns

The cost of the return will be the cost of the outward shipping paid by the customer, plus the sameamount as return shipping.
