RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1.- What can be returned?
1.1.- Any unused product can be returned, as long as it keeps tags, seals, the gifts are unused, etc. You can ask for a refund or exchange for another item in the store. You must contact customer service whatsapp, +34634590314 or email [email protected] to follow the instructions and you will have a return period of 60 calendar days.
1.2.- Products cannot be returned without the original seals (eg: seal of the paddle grip), with or without use and also products with signs of use.
2.-Products that arrive with defects
Products that arrive with a defect in Spain (except Canary Islands) will be replaced by Padel Ibérico at no cost, as long as they keep the original seals. If the product has any defect upon arrival, you must contact the seller's phone, the store's whatsapp or email [email protected] .
If the product arrives with any type of defect and the box or transport bag has any breakage, you must contact the store's whatsapp or email [email protected] to manage the replacement. You must send photos of the packaging with the relevant breakage, the product inside the packaging as it was placed, label and photo of the product defect.
Remember to check the product well before removing labels or seals.
For products that arrive with defects in countries outside of Spain (and Canary Islands), you should contact us in the same way indicated above. In this case, a discount coupon will be provided for future purchases if it is an aesthetic defect.
If the product arrives broken, you must send photos of the box from all views, label and breakage of the product.
3.-Return of shoes or size change
If you have ordered shoes and the size does not correspond, contact the store's whatsapp: +34634590314 to manage the size change. The first size change we will do at no cost (Only on the peninsula).
If the size you are looking for is not available, you should look for another model with the chosen size and request the change for that model, adjusting the price either higher or lower.
4.-Out of time
If after the return period of 60 calendar days, the customer has not contacted Padel Ibérico, the buyer will lose the option to return the item or have the money refunded.
5.-Return of money
Once the money is going to be returned, it is done in the same way as the payment was made. If it is cash on delivery, it will be done by bank transfer, so you must indicate a written account number via whatsapp or email.
Returns by bank transfer, both for payments by transfer and cash on delivery payments, can take between 10 and 15 working days from the receipt of the product in our facilities.
6.-Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of a product guaranteed by law for 14 calendar days from the day it has been received.
To cancel a purchase during the 14-day reflection period, send us an email to [email protected], indicating the reason for the return, such as "I no longer want/need it".
We inform you that we cannot accept returns if the purchased product does not have the original seals and is in the same condition as it was delivered, new and with original seals.
Keep in mind that return costs are your responsibility.
As soon as we receive the cancellation notice of your order, the right to return is made effective. Once the product arrives at our facilities, it will be checked that it meets the return conditions and if accepted, the refund of the order amount will be made minus the derived shipping costs.
8.-Returns by countries or areas:
- Mainland Spain
1st Free return (Only in mainland Spain). The first return of any product will be free. You must contact by whatsapp at the phone +34634590314 to send photos of the complete product and indicate the order reference. The product must meet the return conditions.
- Balearic Islands
You must contact by whatsapp at the phone +34634590314 or at the email [email protected] to send photos of the complete product and indicate the order reference. The product must meet the return conditions. Once confirmed, the customer will be responsible for sending the shipment to our address and will receive the refund once we receive and review the product or products.
- Returns in the Canary Islands
The cost of a return will be €9.95 one way + €9.95 return. Customs fees are not refunded and must be paid when making the return shipment, paid by the customer, along with all customs fees. No return package will be accepted in which customs fees have to be paid.
- European Union Returns
To make a return from any country in the European Union, you must contact by whatsapp at the phone +34634590314 or at the email [email protected] to send photos of the complete product and indicate the order reference. The product must meet the return conditions. Once confirmed, the customer will be responsible for sending the shipment to our address and will receive the refund once we receive and review the product or products.
- Returns Outside the European Union
To make a return from any country in the European Union, you must contact by whatsapp at the phone +34634590314 or at the email [email protected] to send photos of the complete product and indicate the order reference. The product must meet the return conditions.
The customer must take care of sending the package and leave everything paid, including customs. Otherwise, the returned package will not be accepted. The return will be made once the product is reviewed. No shipping costs or customs payments are refunded.
