CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are sent by UPS and take 3 to 5 working days. They cost €9.95. Everything is sent except boxes of balls. The maximum shipping weight is 5 kilos. Consult with customer service. Customs charges will be borne by the customer. Whatever they are. We send the invoice without taxes. At customs they will charge you the corresponding tariffs or taxes. If the customer refuses to pay the customs, the product will not be returned and the amount of the order will not be either. It is up to the customer to communicate with the courier company if they want to recover it.
REST OF THE COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shipments to the rest of the countries of the European Union take 3 to 5 working days. Free shipping from €79.95. For orders under €79.95 the shipping cost will be €7.95.
Express Shipping: 24-48 working hours for orders placed before 4pm on working days (Monday to Friday). Shipping cost: €8.95 if the order exceeds €79.95 and €12.95 if the order does not exceed €79.95.
*HEAVY PACKAGES: If the product you want to buy are boxes of balls or several units of padel rackets, paddle bags, etc. The shipping price will not be free. For example, the shipping of a box of balls is €9.95. Each shipment of an additional box, would add €9.95 of shipping costs.
REST OF THE WORLD - OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (AMERICA-NORTH, CENTER, SOUTH-, AFRICA, ASIA AND OCEANIA)
Shipments to OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION take approximately 3 to 5 working days, each shipment has a cost depending on the weight of the merchandise, for example if you buy a padel racket the shipping cost will be €17.95. Customs charges will be borne by the customer upon arrival of the package at destination. Customs charges are not included in the website price. You should consult in the destination country the approximate amount to get an idea. If the package is rejected once it is in the destination country, the money will not be returned since by not paying the customs the package will be abandoned.
